Class Etiquette
Please inform your teacher of any injuries or conditions that might affect your yoga practice.
Personal hygiene and cleanliness are an integral part of practicing yoga. Shower before class and refrain from wearing any fragrances. Even if you don’t smell your own fragrance, it doesn’t mean others can’t! Clean up after yourself and keep your practice space free from clutter.
Practice with care and consideration for yourself and others.
We are here to support your practice. Never hesitate to ask the teacher for help.
Adjustments are utilized in the Mysore room. If at any time you are uncomfortable receiving a physical adjustment, please let the teacher know. If you would like to completely opt out of adjustments that day, please inform the teacher before you begin practice.
It’s our goal to create a safe space and atmosphere of growth through the yogic principles of non-harm, truthfulness, and acceptance of others. Those that intentionally conduct themselves outside of these principles will be asked to practice elsewhere.
