Mysore Style is the teaching method in which students are taught the series of postures individually and practice under the teacher's supervision and guidance. Mysore-Style Ashtanga is appropriate for all kinds of students, even students who have never done yoga before. No particular ability is needed - all you need is the desire to maintain a regular yoga practice. The most benefits are obtained from practicing on a regular, daily basis.
