Join us Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21 from 11:30 am to 1 pm for an introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, and gain an understanding about why the practice works for beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. The first half of class you’ll learn and practice poses on your mat, and the second half will be discussion.
